Plumbing issues are another set of small inconveniences that can grow into costly repair jobs if they aren’t fixed quickly. A small leak can quickly become a major disaster if not repaired in a timely fashion. If a tenant reports something like a leaking tap or toilet, make sure a plumber fixes this as soon as possible to prevent further damage. We have seen these issues, which seem small and insignificant at the moment, become huge problems resulting in entire floors, walls, and shower systems needing replacement because they have been let go and caused much more damage than when originally noticed. Unwanted water can create more damage than many other maintenance issues so get onto any issues quickly.
Check leaking taps, drainage outlets, and washers to notice problem areas early :)
